GEN-GOB Eivissa is a non-governmental and non-profit organization, legally constituted, which aims, according to its statutes, “achieve a stable and definitive balance between human activities and the conservation of nature for an environment of ecological and social sustainability.”

GEN-GOB Eivissa is a plural, independent and free organisation, which does not depend on any political, financial or private organisation. It is funded, primarily, by quotas of its members, as well as the provision of services related to the environment, sale of publications and donations.
